Common use of Audiologist Clause in Contracts

Audiologist. The Audiologist is a district-wide itinerant service provider serving students in General and Special Education, performing duties as outlined by statutes. The Audiologist will have an annual workload impact meeting with an MEA representative, the Director of Special Education and Director of Categorical Programs to discuss workload. The workload impact meeting conversation will include the consideration of the following factors before a solution is determined to be necessary: number of IEPs, number of minutes on an IEP, number of 504s, number of school sites, travel time, specific student needs, and other unusual and/or impacting factors. The Audiologist will maintain a list of students with known hearing impairments, and will provide this list bi-annually during the months of October and February to Categorical Programs, Special Education Services and District Nursing Staff.
