Audio Specifications. For the avoidance of doubt, any costs related to the adjustment of audio as made available by Licensor (including, without limitation, creating/laydown of Dolby Digital or encoding AC3 tracks), will be incurred by Licensee at its sole cost and expense. If available, Licensor shall provide access to 5.1 English audio, LAS tracks, and Pro-tools sessions upon Licensee’s request.
Audio Specifications. Due to the dynamic nature of this show, the Presenter must provide a professional quality Sound System capable of providing the venue with a clear, undistorted, evenly distributed sound. This includes the capability to EQ the sound. The mixing console should be able to accommodate a minimum of 24 channels of inputs for instruments and vocals as detailed below.
