Audio Specifications. For the avoidance of doubt, any costs related to the adjustment of audio as made available by Licensor (including, without limitation, creating/laydown of Dolby Digital or encoding AC3 tracks), will be incurred by Licensee at its sole cost and expense. If available, Licensor shall provide access to 5.1 English audio, LAS tracks, and Pro-tools sessions upon Licensee’s request.

Audio Specifications. Due to the dynamic nature of this show, the Presenter must provide a professional quality Sound System capable of providing the venue with a clear, undistorted, evenly distributed sound. This includes the capability to EQ the sound. The mixing console should be able to accommodate a minimum of 24 channels of inputs for instruments and vocals as detailed below. If a dedicated off‐stage monitor mix engineer is not provided, a means for communication to the house engineer must be provided.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.
