Common use of Audience Present Clause in Contracts

Audience Present. ‌ Where an audience is present at the Final Dress Rehearsal, the day shall be considered to be a performance day but no additional remuneration shall be paid to the Artist(s) provided that: (i) at least thirty-six (36) hours prior to the Final Dress Rehearsal the Artist is notified by means of a written notice posted on the call board that such an audience will be present; and (ii) an announcement is made to the audience that they are attending a rehearsal.
