Attendance Incentive Stipend for the Period. from March 1 2 through August 31. 3 Any employee who is not absent from work for any time for sick leave, emergency 4 leave, personal leave or any leave without pay, except for industrial injury, or time off 5 for legal action undertaken by the Workers Compensation Trust/Workers Compensation 6 related illness absence, bereavement leave, jury duty, or paid administrative leave shall 7 receive an award in accordance with the table below. Payment shall be made on the 8 September pay warrant.
