Attend Construction Progress Meetings Clause Samples

The 'Attend Construction Progress Meetings' clause requires designated parties, typically contractors, subcontractors, or project managers, to participate in regular meetings that review the status and progress of a construction project. These meetings may cover topics such as scheduling updates, coordination of work, identification of issues, and discussion of upcoming tasks. By mandating attendance, the clause ensures that all relevant stakeholders remain informed, can address problems collaboratively, and maintain alignment on project objectives, thereby promoting effective communication and minimizing delays or misunderstandings.
