ATTACHMENT OVERVIEW AND DEFINITIONS. Attachment 1 is part of the Agreement and contains the standard terms and conditions governing the execution of the Project and the administration of the Agreement. By entering into this Agreement with the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), the Grantee agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable Federal laws and regulations, including those discussed in this Agreement.
