Common use of Athletic Trainers Clause in Contracts

Athletic Trainers. Each Club shall make a minimum of one (1) fully certified 1080 athletic trainer available to Players during all official Club practices, workouts, and 1081 matches. Any trainers hired or retained after the effective date of this Agreement shall be 1082 certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association. Trainers may be provided by ▇ 1083 third-party organization. In addition, each Club will utilize its reasonable best efforts to 1084 ensure that its athletic trainers have, available in the Club’s locker room, the supplies 1085 necessary to provide appropriate care for professional athletes.
