Common use of At-Will Termination by the Company Clause in Contracts

At-Will Termination by the Company. The employment of the Executive shall be “at-will” at all times. Subject to Section 5(h), the Company may terminate the Executive’s employment with the Company at any time without any advance notice (and the Executive may terminate his employment with the Company at any time upon providing thirty (30) days prior notice), in each case, for any reason or no reason at all, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in or arising from any statements, policies or practices of the Company relating to the employment, discipline or termination of its employees. Upon and after such termination, all obligations of the Company under this Agreement shall cease, except as otherwise provided below in this Section 5.
