At Executive's Option. Executive may terminate his employment upon a month’s prior written notice or by payment to the Company of an amount equal to the Base Salary in lieu of such notice under this Agreement at any time for any reason. In the event of a termination of his employment under this Agreement by Executive, he shall be entitled to the Accrued Payments.
