Common use of At End of Term Clause in Contracts

At End of Term. Executive may terminate this Agreement at the end of its term or any extension of this Agreement by giving 60 calendar days' written notice to Company's Chairman. Company may, in its sole discretion, accept Executive's termination effective immediately; provided, however, that it shall continue to pay Executive for 60 calendar days. Company shall thereafter have no obligations to Executive under this Agreement.

At End of Term. Executive may terminate this Agreement at the end of its term Term or any extension of this Agreement by giving 60 calendar days' written notice to Company's ChairmanCEO. Company may, in its sole discretion, accept Executive's termination effective immediately; provided, however, that it immediately and shall continue to pay Executive for 60 calendar days. Company shall thereafter have no obligations to Executive under this Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein.
