Association Representative. An official delegate of the P.V.E. A. shall be granted the time off to represent his or her local association at the sectional or State Delegate Assembly. The building Principal shall be notified at least 5 school days prior to the action, unless sickness necessitates a change of delegates. A substitute shall be paid for by the board to allow one day. An official delegate of the P.V.E.A. shall be granted time to attend the board meetings held during the school day providing the Association with the help of the building principal to cover classes in-house.
