Association Leave Time. A. The Board agrees to grant officially elected delegates of the Association time off with pay for the purpose of attending Association conventions, conferences or workshops provided that: 1. The total time off does not exceed an aggregate of two (2) working days for the life of the contract. 2. Not more than two (2) such Association delegates shall be permitted to attend such conventions or conferences at any one time. 3. Written request specifying the amount of time off to be received by the Board at least five (5) days in advance of granting of each time off.
