Common use of Associate’s Duties Clause in Contracts

Associate’s Duties. Notwithstanding termination of the Contract, and subject to any directions from the Covered Entity, the Business Associate must timely, reasonably and necessarily act to protect and preserve property in the possession of the Business Associate in which the Covered Entity has an interest.
