Disclosure to Representatives A Party may disclose the other Party’s Confidential Information to those of its Representatives who need to know such Confidential Information for the Permitted Purpose, provided that it informs such Representatives of the confidential nature of the Confidential Information prior to disclosure, and at all times it is responsible for such Representatives’ compliance with the confidentiality obligations set out in this ARTICLE 15.
Representative Access (A) The state agrees that designated Union Representatives shall have access to state controlled premises where employees are employed. (B) If any area of the state’s premises is otherwise restricted to the public, permission must be requested to enter such area and such permission shall not be unreasonably denied. Access shall be during the regular working hours of the employee and only for the purpose of investigating an employee’s grievance.

Distribution or Notice to Representative Whenever a distribution is to be made or a notice given to holders of Senior Indebtedness, the distribution may be made and the notice given to their Representative (if any).
Selection of Representatives a) Each central party and the Crown shall select its own representatives to the Committee.
