Associate Access to Representative. For the purpose of investigating complaints concerning the application of this Agreement a fully accredited representative of the AMWU Vehicle Division or a representative of the Associate’s choice shall be afforded reasonable facilities for entering AAA’s workplace during working hours, subject to the following conditions: i that they disclose to AAA the complaint which they desire to investigate;
