Common use of Assistance to Trust Clause in Contracts

Assistance to Trust. The Custodian shall take all reasonable action, that the Trust may from time to time request, to assist the Trust in obtaining favorable opinions from the Trust's independent accountants, with respect to the Custodian's activities hereunder, in connection with the preparation of the Fund's Form N- IA, Form N-SAR, or other annual reports to the SEC.

Assistance to Trust. The Custodian shall take Take all reasonable action, that the Trust may from time to time request, to assist the Trust in obtaining favorable opinions from the Trust's independent accountants, with respect to the Custodian's activities hereunder, in connection with the preparation of the Fund's Form N- IA, Form N-SAR, or other annual reports to the SEC.
