Common use of Assistance by Executive Clause in Contracts

Assistance by Executive. During the period of Executive’s employment by Company and thereafter, Executive shall assist Company and its nominee, at any time, in the protection of Company’s (or its affiliates’) worldwide right, title and interest in and to Work Product and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by Company or its nominee and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries.

Assistance by Executive. During Both during the period of Executive’s employment by Company and thereafter, Executive shall assist Company and its nomineeaffiliates and their respective nominees, at any time, in the protection of Company’s (or and its affiliates’) ’ worldwide rightrights, title titles, and interest interests in and to Work Product information, ideas, concepts, improvements, discoveries, and inventions, and their copyrighted works, including without limitation, the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by Company and its affiliates or its nominee their respective nominees and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries.

Assistance by Executive. During Both during the period of Executive’s 's employment by Company and thereafter, Executive shall assist Company and its nominee, at any time, in the protection of Company’s (or its affiliates’) 's worldwide right, title title, and interest in and to Work Product information, ideas, concepts, improvements, discoveries, and inventions, and its copyrighted works, including without limitation, the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by Company or its nominee and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries.

Assistance by Executive. During the period of Executive’s employment by the Company and thereafter, Executive shall reasonably assist the Company and its nominee, at any time, in (a) the protection of CompanyWRI’s (or its affiliates’) worldwide right, title and interest in and to Work Product and Product, (b) the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by Company WRI or its nominee and (c) the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries.

Assistance by Executive. During the period of Executive’s employment by Company hereunder and thereafter, Executive shall reasonably assist the Company and its nominee, at any time, in (a) the protection of the Company’s (or its affiliates’) worldwide right, title and interest in and to Work Product and Product, (b) the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Company or its nominee and (c) the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries.

During Both during the period of Executive’s employment by the Company and thereafter, Executive shall assist Company the Related Parties and its nomineetheir respective nominees, at any time, in the protection of Company’s (or its affiliates’) the Related Parties’ worldwide right, title title, and interest in and to Work Product information, ideas, concepts, improvements, discoveries, and inventions, and their copyrighted works, including without limitation, the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by Company the Related Parties or its nominee their respective nominees and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries.

During the period of Executive’s employment by the Company and thereafter, Executive shall shall, at the Company’s sole expense, assist the Company and its nominee, at any time, in the protection of the Company’s (or its affiliates’) worldwide right, title and interest in and to Work Product and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Company or its nominee and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries.

Assistance by Executive. During Both during the period of Executive’s 's employment by Company and thereafter, Executive shall assist Company and its nominee, at any time, in the protection of Company’s (or its affiliates’) 's worldwide right, title title, and interest in and to Work Product information, ideas, concepts, improvements, discoveries, and inventions, and its copyrighted works, including without limitation, the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by Company or its nominee and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and ant foreign countries.

Assistance by Executive. During the period of Executive’s employment by Company and thereafter, Executive shall reasonably assist Company and its nominee, at any time, nominee in the protection of Company’s (or its affiliates’) worldwide right, title and interest in and to Work Product and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by Company or its nominee and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries.

Assistance by Executive. During the period of Executive’s employment by the Company and thereafter, Executive shall reasonably assist the Company and its nominee, at any time, in (a) the protection of CompanyWNR’s (or its affiliates’) worldwide right, title and interest in and to Work Product and Product, (a) the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by Company WNR or its nominee and (a) the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries.
