Assignments; Reinsurance; Third-Party Rights. (a) This Agreement shall be a continuing obligation of the parties hereto and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns. None of the Trust, AmeriCredit, the Company or AFS SenSub may assign its rights under this Agreement, or delegate any of its duties hereunder, without the prior written consent of Financial Security. Any assignment made in violation of this Agreement shall be null and void.
