Assignments in the School. Employees shall be given the opportunity to apply for any in title assignment which becomes available in the school in which they are serving. The senior qualified applicant in title shall be selected. A more senior applicant who is not selected shall, upon request, be given the reasons in writing for not having been selected. For this purpose seniority is defined as length of service in the school.
