Common use of Assignment; Succession Clause in Contracts

Assignment; Succession. Occupant shall not assign or sublease the Space without the written permission of the Owner. Owner may withhold permission to sublet or assign for any reason or for no reason in Owner’s sole discretion. All provisions of this Lease shall apply to and be binding upon all successors in interest, assigns or representatives of the parties hereto.
