Common use of Assignment Schedule Clause in Contracts

Assignment Schedule. 5.7.1 The development of a specific work location, assignment(s), and hours shall take into consideration the requests of the faculty member in coordination with the Department Chair and Area Xxxx. The employee’s preferences (rooms, time-of-day, courses, etc.) in scheduling shall be given every consideration when consistent with sound educational practices.
