Assignment Rotation. Assignment selections shall be made as follows: A. Not later than the Monday of the first full week of December, the University, will determine and post the number of positions to be assigned to each work schedule, which will consist of two 6 month periods beginning with the first Sunday in March (the first 6 months) and the first Sunday in September (the second 6 months). This staffing determination will be consistent with efficient and effective operations of the Department.
