Common use of Assignment Order Clause in Contracts

Assignment Order. a document or information issued by Principal and confirmed by Service Provider, which defines tasks, Deliverables, amount of remuneration and Schedule of reaching respective Milstones and Deliverables according the Annex CS(cope of Services) and Annex D (Service Schedule and Rate)s. (i) Contractor any Person or organisation listedpursuant to Annex E (List of Approved Sub-Contractors and Staff) which is in a contractual relationship with the Service Provider to provide a part of the Service.
