Common use of Assignment or Subcontracting Clause in Contracts

Assignment or Subcontracting. No assignment or subcontracting by Servicer of any of its obligations under this Agreement or of funds to be received under this Agreement shall be of any force or effect unless the assignment or subcontract has had the prior written approval of Client. Client may terminate this Agreement rather than accept any proposed assignment or subcontracting and Client shall not be liable for any transfer fee.
