Assignment of Marathon’s Marathon Call Right and Special Termination Right. In the event of an assignment by Marathon of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to a third party pursuant to this Section 15.01, Marathon’s rights and obligations related to its Marathon Call Right and its Special Termination Right shall also be assigned to such third party; provided, that such third party shall not be permitted to exercise the Marathon Call Right until the third anniversary of the date of such assignment.
