In the event the CSC determines that a career service position is at a new level within the band or an unclassified position is at a new band or level within the band, the higher level duties must be relinquished immediately upon finalization of the title determination. The appellant will receive the higher level pay retroactive to the pay period immediately after 14 days from the date the local Human Resources Office received the Reclassification Request Form until the date the higher level duties are relinquished.
