ASSIGNMENT EXCHANGE. Employees may, with the authorization of the Sheriff or his/her designee, exchange day or shift assignments. A written notice of the exchange will be submitted sixteen (16) hours in advance of the day to the shift commander and Sheriff. Assignment exchange may only be permitted if it does not create overtime.
ASSIGNMENT EXCHANGE. In accordance with the educational requirements of the District and the particular qualifications of the individual employees, two or more employees may make a written request by April 30th to the superintendent to temporarily exchange assignments. The superintendent shall grant the request or give written cause if such request is denied by May 31st. Such assignment exchanges when effected are temporary and at the end of such assignments the employees shall return to his or her regular assignments. Denial of an assignment exchange shall not be grievable beyond the School Board level.
ASSIGNMENT EXCHANGE. Assigned sport/activity/field trip Drivers may mutually exchange assignments by notifying their supervisor. If the Drivers exchange trips they shall remain in the regular spots on the official rotation list.

ASSIGNMENT EXCHANGE. Two (2) employees working in different buildings may exchange assignments within the district, outside of the normal transfer procedure, if they receive the approval of both building administrators and so long as they meet the endorsement/certification requirements. At the end of the year both employees will return to their original positions/schools unless all parties agree to continue the exchange permanently. Employees with changes in their assignment shall be notified once the determination of assignment has been made. Such notification will include position, building, grade level, class or subject and other pertinent facts concerning the assignment. This section will only apply to employee generated requests for exchanges from building to building.
ASSIGNMENT EXCHANGE. Assignment exchange may be made by any two (2) bargaining unit members who wish to exchange assignments for up to one (1) year, provided the Employer agrees to the exchange, and the bargaining unit members involved are qualified pursuant to the position descriptions. Written application for this exchange, including detailed rationale in support of the proposal, must be submitted to the Executive Director of Employee Services, who shall consider the application after consultation with administrative staff. This provision is not subject to the posting procedure.

ASSIGNMENT EXCHANGE. Seller may determine to complete this transaction as part of a Section 1031 tax-deferred exchange. Purchaser agrees to cooperate with Seller in documenting and completing such exchange by agreeing that Seller may transfer Seller's rights and obligations under this Agreement to Seller's Qualified Intermediary, Exchange Facilitator Corporation. Purchaser agrees to accept Exchange Facilitator Corporation as the assigned Seller of the Property described in this Agreement. Purchaser shall incur no additional expense or liability by such cooperation. Subject to the foregoing, neither party may assign its rights hereunder prior to the Closing without the prior written consent of the other, which may be withheld for any reason.
