Assignment Differential Pay. Assignment Differential Pay is temporary monetary compensation paid to commissioned personnel who are working in the assignment categories listed below. Reimbursable overtime scheduled outside the ADP assignment shall be paid at the employee’s overtime rate not including ADP except that in the situation where an employee normally receives ADP and is working an overtime assignment that is the same function for which he receives ADP, the overtime shall be paid at the employee’s overtime rate including ADP. Members transferring for the first time to the Traffic Section or any investigative unit will receive four percent (4%) increase in pay for the first year and another four percent (4%) increase in pay thereafter while so assigned. Members who are transferring from one ADP assignment to another ADP assignment, regardless of bureau, will maintain their eight percent (8%) increase. Within six (6) months of the assignment, new officers assigned to these areas must establish residence in a location that will allow a 30-minute response time to the resident area of responsibility to retain the 20%.

Assignment Differential Pay. A. Employees who are utilized as Field Training Officers or Range Masters shall receive a five percent (5%) differential while assigned duties specifically related to the Field Training and Evaluation Program/Range Program. Such differential shall be paid for an entire day in which the special duties were performed during any part of said day. This differential will be in addition to any other compensation provided in this Agreement, except for temporary supervisor pay.
Assignment Differential Pay. 13.12.1 Effective with the adoption of this Memorandum of Understanding by the Board of Supervisors, any supervisor who, on a regular basis, directly supervises twelve (12) or more subordinates, shall be compensated an additional five percent (5%) above the base salary for his/her classification during such assignment. Subordinates shall include limited term or extra help employees who are filling an authorized position. Where more than one employee is filling one position, it shall be counted as one. Where one employee is filling a full- time position on a part-time basis, it shall be counted as one.

  • Shift Differential Pay A. An employee shall receive additional compensation at the rate of seventy five cents (75¢) per hour for all hours worked on a shift when the majority of hours worked on the shift are between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. and in locations where these classes are regularly assigned shift work.

  • Assignment Pay Assignment pay is a premium added to the base salary and is intended to be used only as long as the skills, duties or circumstances it is based on are in effect. The Employer may grant assignment pay to a position to recognize specialized skills, assigned duties, and/or unique circumstances that exceed the ordinary. The Employer determines which positions qualify for the premium. The Employer will give the Union notice in accordance with Article 34, Mandatory Subjects.

  • Differential Pay Section 1(A). Geographic Area Pay. Classifications C4115, C4116, C4207, C4209, C4211, C4213, C4215, C4221, C4223, C4225: Prevailing basic rates in specific geographical areas for employment of limited duration less than one hundred twenty (120) days will be approved. Employees paid at such rates will not be eligible for vacation, sick leave or holiday benefits. Such rates will be paid only for construction work.

  • Shift Differential Compensation Any employee in the bargaining unit whose assigned work shift commences (for unit-1) prior to 5:30 a.m. or whose work shift ends after 5:30 p.m., or (for unit-2 members) commences after 2:00 p.m. shall be paid a shift differential premium of five (5%) percent above the regular rate of pay for all hours worked.

  • Shift Differential The shift differential for employees working on assigned shifts which begin before 6:00 A.M. or which end at or after 7:00 P.M. shall be sixty-five cents ($0.65) per hour for all hours worked on that shift. Such shift differential shall be in addition to the employee's regular rate of pay and shall be included in all payroll calculations, but shall not apply during periods of paid leave. Employees working the regular day schedule who are required to work overtime or who are called back to work for special projects shall not be eligible for the shift differential.

  • Acting Assignment Pay 181. Employees assigned by the Appointing Officer or its designee to perform a substantial portion of the duties and responsibilities of a higher classification shall receive compensation at a higher salary if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Night Differential Employees whose weekly work schedules consist of regularly scheduled night tours shall receive a night differential of ten percent (10%) of their Adjusted Rate. Employees who work fewer than five (5) night tours in a calendar week shall be paid a differential equal to one-fifth (1/5) of the night differential for each scheduled tour so worked.

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

  • ASSIGNMENT LIMITATION This Contract shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their successors and assigns; provided, however, that neither party shall assign its obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the other.
