ASSIGNMENT/DELEGATION/SUBCONTRACTS. The Contractor shall not assign, or otherwise transfer any interest in this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Community College System of NH. None of the Services shall be subcontracted by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Community College System of NH.
