ASSIGNMENT AND WORKLOAD. 11.1 Appointments to casual positions (where it is anticipated there will be less than 25 hours of work in the semester) will be on an hourly basis and the employee will be informed in writing of the total number of hours involved before accepting the appointment. Consideration of an employee’s term work and examinations will be given when assigning work. 11.6 Employees shall be given a minimum of seven days’ notice of the deadline to mark term work or examinations.
