Upon request, the Employer will provide in writing to teachers the terms, conditions and benefits of the 12-month Teacher position in advance of interviews. v. The Employer shall include information in the Form DOE 200-010 information packets for teachers regarding employment terms, conditions and benefits for 12-month Teachers.

This Agreement may be assigned by the Company without the Participant’s consent.
