ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTS. Provider must not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights, obligations, or duties under this Contract without the prior written consent of the GLO. Any attempted assignment, transfer, or delegation in violation of this provision is void and without effect. Notwithstanding this provision, it is mutually understood and agreed that Provider may subcontract with others for some or all of the services to be performed. In any approved subcontracts, Provider must legally bind such Subcontractor to perform and make such Subcontractor subject to all the duties, requirements, and obligations of Provider as specified in this Contract.
