Common use of ASSIGNED STAFF Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNED STAFF. 36.1. As soon as the Supplier becomes aware of any intended changes to the Account Management Team, they shall inform the Client Representative. 36.2. The Client may require the Supplier to attend a meeting and/or submit written notification of the steps it intends to take to mitigate any issues which may result from such changes.
