Assessor. It is someone who gets involved with testing and assessing our services to ensure that Berneslai Homes deliver services to the standards we promise. In other words… getting you to tell us if we are doing what we say we do and whether what we do is what you want! We are looking for enthusiastic tenants, residents and leaseholders to get involved. We have a pool of service excellence assessors from all walks of life with different skills and abilities that help us test our services. Being involved needn’t take up too much time and as a thank you for your help we’ll give you some vouchers. Our staff will make sure you receive training to help you carry out the activities you want and give you support throughout your involvement. Your findings help us to assess how well we’re doing and highlight the areas that need improving. Regular updates will be posted on our website. Some of the actions we may take as a result of your feedback are that we may change a policy or a process, give our staff more training, or change the information we supply to customers.
