ASSESSMENT OF CARE NEEDS. 22.1 The Scheme Operator may require the Resident to have their care needs assessed from time to time by a doctor or other appropriate person nominated by the Scheme Operator so that the Scheme Operator can ensure the Accommodation Unit is suitable for the Resident. To exercise this right, the Scheme Operator must give the Resident a notice appointing a reasonable day and time on which the assessment will take place.
