Asphalt Dikes Clause Samples
The "Asphalt Dikes" clause defines the requirements and standards for constructing asphalt dikes as part of a project. It typically outlines the materials to be used, the dimensions and placement of the dikes, and the methods for installation to ensure proper drainage or containment along roadways or paved areas. For example, it may specify the thickness of the asphalt, the slope, and the locations where dikes are necessary to control water runoff. The core function of this clause is to ensure that asphalt dikes are built consistently and effectively, thereby preventing erosion, managing stormwater, and protecting adjacent structures or landscaping.
