Asphalt Dikes. Asphalt material in the damaged length of dike shall be removed. Clean and repair asphalt foundation as necessary. Level exposed ends of existing dike. Prime all surfaces with bituminous material. Asphalt mix shall be placed and compacted to conform with the shape of the original dike. All asphalt material removed from potholes, patches, and dikes shall be disposed of in designated area.
