IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED by the American Central Life Insurance Company and the United Mutual Life Insurance Company that the following Joint Agreement of Merger between said corporations has been duly adopted and executed by them, viz: THIS JOINT AGREEMENT OF MERGER, made and entered into this 17th day of December, A.
