General Use and Disclosure Provisions Except as otherwise limited in this Section of the Contract, Business Associate may use or disclose PHI to perform functions, activities, or services for, or on behalf of, Covered Entity as specified in this Contract, provided that such use or disclosure would not violate the HIPAA Standards if done by Covered Entity or the minimum necessary policies and procedures of the Covered Entity.

Incorporation of Standard Terms Except as otherwise provided herein, all of the provisions of the Standard Terms are hereby incorporated herein by reference in their entirety, and this Series Supplement and the Standard Terms shall form a single agreement between the parties. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Series Supplement and the provisions of the Standard Terms, the provisions of this Series Supplement will control with respect to the Series 2001-4 Certificates and the transactions described herein.
Amendment/Interpretive Provisions The parties by mutual written agreement may amend this Agreement at any time. In addition, in connection with the operation of this Agreement, Price Associates and the Fund may agree from time to time on such provisions interpretive of or in addition to the provisions of this Agreement as may in their joint opinion be consistent with the general tenor of this Agreement. Any such interpretive or additional provisions are to be signed by all parties and annexed hereto, but no such provision shall contravene any applicable Federal or state law or regulation and no such interpretive or additional provision shall be deemed to be an amendment of this Agreement.
Incorporation of Recitals; Definitions The recitals set forth above are hereby incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full in the body of this Amendment. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Amendment have the respective meanings given to them in the Current Lease.
