ARTICLE I - PURPOSE. 1.01 It is the intent of the parties to this Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Collective Agreement”, to maintain mutually satisfactory relationships by setting forth certain terms and conditions of employment and to provide a procedure for the settlement of grievances.
