ARTICLE COMPENSATION. The Employer agrees that it will continue to be enrolled under the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act of Ontario for all employees. The Employer will also pay an employee for the remainder of the shift in which the accident occurred that would require the employee to take time off. The employee shall provide to the Employer information as to expected date of return to work in regard to the progress of his medical condition.
