Common use of Arrival Time Clause in Contracts

Arrival Time. Y.E.S. is only responsible for your placement on the day of your arrival when you will arrive at the host family's house earlier than 6:00 p.m. local time. If your host family cannot accept you after 6:00 p.m. local time, you may need to stay at a hotel for the night at your own expense. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m. local time, please contact your host family and Y.E.S. ahead of time to determine whether a hotel stay may be required. *Exception will apply when the flight is delayed.
