OTHER CONTRACT PROVISIONS. Except as amended by this amendment, all provisions of the contract shall be and remain the same and in full force and effect, provided, however, that any reference to the definition of a term in Article 1, shall be deemed to be a reference to the definition of that term, notwithstanding that the definition has been re-lettered within Article 1. In preparing a consolidated contract, the parties agree to update all such references to reflect the definitions’ lettering within Article 1.
OTHER CONTRACT PROVISIONS. Any person who does not work the full academic calendar shall be paid on a prorated basis for the number of days to be worked for the remainder of the school year; this shall include school days taught plus the number of days required for orientation.
OTHER CONTRACT PROVISIONS. Except as amended, all provisions of the Water Supply Contract shall be and remain in full force and effect.

OTHER CONTRACT PROVISIONS. This Contract shall be subject to the Standard Contract Provisions and Federal ARRA and State Water Resources Control Board Contract Provisions as set forth in Exhibits B and C respectively, which are incorporated herein by this reference.
OTHER CONTRACT PROVISIONS. In addition to the provisions required under subsection 1, each contract or agreement for assisted living services may contain provisions that do not violate a state law or rule or federal law or regulation. A contract or agreement must be consistent with the rules adopted by the department applicable to the type of assisted living services provided. [PL 2003, c. 546, §1 (NEW).]
