Common use of Arrangement fee Clause in Contracts

Arrangement fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Agent a non-refundable arrangement fee in an amount equal to one point twenty-five per cent (1.25%) of the Total Commitments, payable on the date of this Agreement.

Arrangement fee.
