Arena Areas. The Arena includes the areas identified on Schedule 4.01 attached hereto. The Parties shall regularly coordinate and discuss with one another and accommodate the other’s reasonable requests for adjustment thereto. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the precise locations, square footage, appearance and amenities of the Common Areas and Team Areas set forth therein shall be subject to change from time to time during the Term in accordance with Section 4.05.
