AREA OF INFLUENCE. Owner agrees that there shall be an area of influence (the “Area of Influence”) respecting any additional claims staked or recorded by Owner which are contiguous to the Claims and any such claims will fall under the terms of this Agreement.

In the event that Xxxxxxxx acquires addit9ional claims within the Area of Influence from Owner pursuant to this Section, Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay Owner $100.00 per additional claim unit so acquired.
