AREA OF INFLUENCE. For the purpose of this Agreement, the area covered by the Property shall include an area of influence surrounding the outer perimeter of the Property to a maximum of kilometres (the "AREA OF INFLUENCE") and all mineral concessions, interests or rights acquired (collectively, the "INTERESTS"), directly or indirectly, within the Area of Influence before or after the date of signing of this Agreement by [Mr. Almarez] during the currency of this Agreement shall become part ox xxxx Xxxxement.
AREA OF INFLUENCE. Owner agrees that there shall be an area of influence (the “Area of Influence”) respecting any additional claims staked or recorded by Owner which are contiguous to the Claims and any such claims will fall under the terms of this Agreement.
AREA OF INFLUENCE. MBUSA will assign to Retailer a geographic area consisting of a collection of zip codes that is called an Area of Influence ("AOI"). MBUSA may alter or adjust Retailer's AOI at any time. The AOI is a tool used by MBUSA to evaluate Retailer's performance of its primary obligations hereunder. Retailer agrees that it has no right or interest in any AOI and that MBUSA may add new retailers to or relocate retailers into Retailer's AOI. Any such addition or relocation of a retailer will result in an alteration or adjustment of Retailer's AOI.
AREA OF INFLUENCE. Any mining claims located or acquired by McCullagh or Imperial within a Ten (10) kilometer area surrounding the border of the Property shall become part of the Property and held subject to the terms of this Agreement. In this regard McCullagh agrees to assist in any negotiations required to acquire the surrounding property.
AREA OF INFLUENCE. 16.01 Any lands which are subsequently acquired by acquisition of rights to medium or large scale licenses from third parties by Optionee and its Assigns, shall remain the sole property of the Optionee and its assigns. The “Area of Influence” of this Agreement shall be defined exclusively by the lands specified in this Agreement.
AREA OF INFLUENCE. All claims located by Owner or Lessee within one (1) mile of the exterior boundaries of the Property shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any claims that lie partially within the Area of Interest, and shall be located in the Owner’s name. Lessee shall approve all such locations in advance, and Lessee shall pay for all costs associated with the claim locations. This Area of Influence shall not include any claims presently owned or subsequently located by third parties, any fee lands or patented claims, or any other mineral right or interest held by third parties. Owner agrees to assist Lessee in identifying, in a timely manner, any targets outside of the Property that should be located by Lessee; all such claims shall become part of the Property. Any addition of claims pursuant to this Section 1.4 shall not alter the monetary provisions of this Agreement.
AREA OF INFLUENCE. The parties agree that any mining concession or rights attached to any mining concession, or any rights derived from any application for a mining concession, owned by the Vendor or by any representative of the Vendor as of the date hereof or subsequent to such date, having an area located within ten (10) kilometers from the outer perimeter of the Mining Concessions, shall automatically and without the requirement for additional consent or action, form part of the Mining Concessions and therefore shall be subject to this Agreement.
AREA OF INFLUENCE. MBUSA will assign to Dealer a geographic area consisting of a collection of zip codes or census tracts that is called an Area of Influence ("AOI"). MBUSA may alter or adjust Dealer's AOI at any time. The AOI is a tool used by MBUSA to evaluate Dealer's performance of its primary obligations hereunder. Dealer agrees that it has no right or interest in any AOI and that MBUSA may add new dealers to or relocate dealers into Dealer's AOI. Any such addition or relocation of a dealer will result in an alteration or adjustment of Dealer's AOI.
AREA OF INFLUENCE. All property, right, or mining interest acquired by any of the parties during the term of this Contract, in the neighbouring areas to the MINING CONCESSION will be included to it and, consequently, will be subject to the terms and conditions established in the present.
AREA OF INFLUENCE. Each of the parties hereto understands and acknowledges that any Property acquired, or in which they shall have an interest within the exterior boundary of the Garfia Claims shall form part of the Monterde Project and each of the parties shall hold in accordance with the terms of this Agreement the interest in the Monterde Project as contemplated under this Agreement. Any Properties within the exterior boundary of the Garfia Claims acquired by either or both of the Developers will be conveyed to KRI subject to the Developers Carried Interest.
