Area Assignment. The EMPLOYER reserves the right to assign personnel to 25 functional work responsibilities (when mission essential), which may dictate that 26 certain individuals, be co-located. After the EMPLOYER makes the initial 27 assignments for functional responsibility, individual seating shall be determined by 28 seniority using unadjusted service computation dates.
