ARCHITECT/ENGINEER’S RESPONSIBILITIES DURING CONSTRUCTION. (a) The Architect/Engineer will administer the Contract as described in the Contract Documents and in accordance with the terms of the Architect/Engineer's agreement with the Owner, where applicable, subject to the direction and approval of the Owner. If requested by the Prime Contractor, the provisions of the Owner/Architect/Engineer Agreement will be made available to the Prime Contractor.
