ARBORIST (TRAQ. The Certified Arborists are ISA Certified (or similar) and TRAQ qualified and trained in assessing the health of fire-damaged trees Arborists, when not a part of a Hazard Tree Assessment Strike Team, may perform other tree assessment services as directed by the IMT. The Arborists shall all be trained by the RPF as to how the hazard trees will be assessed for consistency of assessments during the operation. At least seventy-five (75) percent of Arborists provided under this MSA shall have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing the duties of an Arborist.
