Arbitration; Waiver of Jury Trial. Any dispute between the parties hereto arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures of the American Arbitration Association. Any resulting hearing shall be held in the Des Moines, Iowa metropolitan area. The resolution of any dispute achieved through such arbitration shall be binding and enforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction. THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
